In Situ Hybridization

Digital image of Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) testing.

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) testing utilizes the combined strengths of traditional cytogenetics, DNA hybridization and fluorescent microscopy to identify sub-microscopic chromosomal structural rearrangements, variants, and low-frequency abnormalities beyond the limits of classic cytogenetic testing. We can perform custom cell enrichment and analysis of propagated cell populations. Many of our panels and probes are ASR and FDA approved. We also offer custom probe design services for your target of interest.
