Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) using the NanoString GeoMx® platform offers a powerful, high-resolution approach to understanding biomarker expression in the spatial context of tissue architecture. By combining multiplexed RNA or protein quantification with precise spatial localization, DSP enables researchers to uncover critical insights into the tumor microenvironment, immune infiltration, and cellular heterogeneity—without disrupting tissue morphology.
