Chief Medical OfficerAs a molecular pathologist, Boaz’s career focus has been in the advanced applications of novel spatial technologies that integrate digitized histopathology with quantifiable, ultra-highplex proteomic and genomic biomarker assessment.
As a founder of Intersect Diagnostics, Boaz held roles of increasing responsibility at Nasdaq-listed Cancer Genetics, Inc., serving as Vice President of Molecular Pathology, leading the molecular diagnostics program for the biopharma and biotech industry in part by integrating next-generation sequencing data with immunohistochemistry.
Boaz also extensive experience in cardiac electrophysiology on 3-D electroanatomic mapping with Biosense Webster, Inc. (a Johnson & Johnson Company), the world’s leading manufacturer of heart rhythm mapping and navigation systems.
Boaz holds a B.A. in history from the University of Maryland and an MD from Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine.
