Michael Boezer joined Flagship Biosciences in July 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 25 years of experience as a finance leader, making a positive impact at growing technology-oriented companies in healthcare, SaaS, and retail industries. He has a track record of driving step-change performance improvement, developing effective leaders, and delivering shareholder value through IPO, M&A, and recapitalization transactions.

Prior to joining Flagship, Michael developed extensive healthcare expertise, including 15+ years in Finance roles at Pfizer, Human Genome Sciences, and Inovalon, with a particular emphasis on R&D and Manufacturing organizations. Before that, Michael was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, Michael was Vice President at Custom Ink, a growing mid-sized, PE-backed retailer.

Michael earned his MBA in Finance at Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of William and Mary.
