Tim McGrath is the Chief Operating Officer of Flagship Biosciences with responsibility for Laboratory Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Tim joined Flagship in January 2023 and has over 40 years of general management experience in CRO laboratory operations and project management, product manufacturing, product engineering, and field service on a global scale in the healthcare and industrial process control industries.

Prior to joining the company, Tim held executive leadership positions with Nexelis, Southern Research, Q2 Solutions, Quintiles, Advion, and Biotage.  He has significant experience in scaling operations, with particular focus on driving efficiencies to maximize value and profitability.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts.
